Which areas do you service?

Do you charge extra admin or reporting fees?

Nope. None. Never. We do things differently and our rental management fee is inclusive.

How can you afford to not charge extra admin fees?

We use the best tech available to streamline our daily workflow and transactions, which means we are able to pass on the time savings to you, the investor.

When can I switch Property Managers?

You can change property managers at any time during the tenancy, providing you give the relevant notice to your current property manager (usually 30 days – however we can help you check your management agreement).

It is easy to switch, and it has no impact on your tenants current agreement. The only thing that changes is you now get a great service from our team.

How much can I save if I switch?

This can vary based on your current management agreement, fees and rent.

Can you help me get my property ready for new tenants?
