We are an independent property company providing project and building advisory services in Brisbane.
Trust is at the core of who we are, and our goal is to support you, making your property journey stress free and rewarding.
We sit between you and the builder.
Building a home has become confusing and stressful, however with our industry intelligence, extended network and down to earth approach, we are able to provide your clarity from start to finish.
If you’re unsure where to start or still have questions, book in a free consultation and we can go over the right next steps for you.
Building a home has many moving parts, and it can be hard to decipher the noise, and know who to trust. Unlike display sales consultants, builders or marketers we have no interest in commissions, referrals or “kick backs”.
We represent you, we have your back and help you manage the building process.
Since we work for you, we are independent and paid by you. All our services have fixed fees and everything is agreed upfront in writing before any work begin, so we all are on the same page.
Absolutely. We can be your eyes and ears on the ground while you prepare for your big move. We communicate with you online, no matter the time zone, and can provide video walkthroughs for every stage.
Yes we can. We can create a personalised scope based on how far you are along in the project, and tailor a management plan to suit you.
